SHANT TV has reported violation of its copyrights by your company, as productions (materials, series, films and programs) of SHANT TV are being illegally transmitted through your web page (including referring to external links).
As you may know distribution and/or illegal use of any pirated product without the full and valid approval of the copyright owner (musical, video and computer piracy) causes financial damages to the legal owner; and is illegal, also under your jurisdiction, as well as under the international law of intellectual property.
Moreover, continuous and consistent illegal use through a web page of pirated materials can be considered as organized piracy, which can be punished by imprisonment (in some jurisdictions for up to five years along with expropriation of property).
SHANT has not authorised any use of its products on your web page, and no person or legal entity is entitled to post on the Internet videos, films or other material produced by SHANT. Distribution of such materials through your web page therefore constitutes violation of the copyright of SHANT, regardless whether the materials have been posted on your web page by your page administrator, by private individuals or guest users.
Thus, we demand that distribution of any pirated material of SHANT be immediately ceased, and all such materials immediately removed from the web page (www.vorogayt.ucoz.co.uk , http://vorogaytofficial.tk), and further illegal postings be monitored and prevented.
Should you choose to ignore this communication and/or fail to comply with the legal demands stated above, we shall have to take legal action and recourse to local authorities for the protection of the copyright of SHANT.
